Err .. "ABS", yeah, sorry.

If you got a specific package, you could just use
<https://www.archlinux.org/packages/>:
- search your package and click on "View Changes"
- click on the commit message from the date you want
- there's a "download" link to a tar.gz containing the old PKGBUILD

Else, the whole repo history ist available at
https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/
