Well it seems Kmail has gotten frelled up i can see it looking for mail but it never gets any yet claws does . i do wish there would be a bit of a hurry up fixing kmail Pete .
Mine does that every now and then if the connection gets cut of. Reboot solves that for me. Sent from my phone. Sorry for any spelling mistakes

Hi . This started when i did a reboot after trying to get a NAS drive to behave . I will fight it for now and see about getting this claws setup to suit Pete

There does seem to be something up with Akonadi's IMAP resource in 4.8.0. I am finding that I frequently find it not receiving new messages. Restarting akonadi does the trick. Actually, I think the problem is caused by nepomuk crashing, rather than in Akonadi itself. Does this fix it for you? If so, maybe we have found the same bug. Pete.

Hi Yes there is a lot of nepomuk crashing but it has never seemed to cause this sort of thing before . Well think i got claws setup now i like Kmail but think it will have to go back burner for now . I am not using IMAP my ISP does not support imap or if they do they are keeping well stum about it i use BT here for mail Pete .
