mirrors.uni-plovdiv.net is down due to problems in the National Research and Education Network of Bulgaria, where the mirror is hosted. There's still no estimate on when the network will be back online.
The mirror is back on-line. No further downtime is expected, although there's still a very small possibility for temporary outages. Cheers, Luchesar
