[arch-mirrors-announce] url change + https

Hi, I moved our mirror to brand new server and I have to change URL slightly. Please change the mirror URL from http://archlinux.mirror.dkm.cz/pub/archlinux to http://mirror.dkm.cz/archlinux There is also https available. Also please change rsync from rsync://archlinux.mirror.dkm.cz/archlinux to rsync://mirror.dkm.cz/archlinux. To avoid broken links I will leave subdomain DNS record and http redirects for couple of weeks. Thanks, Lukas
