- the last release version + date of release.
- release notes of that specific release.
- a tiny note that you don't need to reinstall if you want to upgrade
your system.
- links to the bugtracker, mailinglist
Doing these changes now. I want to include the instructions somehow on this page. Perhaps the initial top section could contain the instructions and cover all you suggested here?
