As it claims to be "Transitions for cinelerra mostly from akirad and OpenShot", I've uploaded a PKGBUILD cinelerra-swtc [2] containing the akirad transitions.
I think cinelerra-transitions should be deleted as it is no more usable. I don't know if it makes sense to merge votes with cinelerra-swtc as it is only a subset of cinelerra-transitions.
