I am not so familiar with motif, but I see at least following reasons to replace: - lesstif stil does not support utf8 (http://lesstif.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html) - IEEE 1295 and stable ABI compatible with all commercial applications
With the addition that it resolves bugs mentioned in the forum thread it sounds good enough for me. So count "+1" from me, too. Lukas
