[aur-general] Rename 'qpamat-hg' to 'qpamat-git'

Hi, could someone of the TUs do the rename or alternatively if that's not possible just delete 'qpamat-hg' so that I can upload 'qpamat-hg'? Thanks in advance. Regards, Bernhard
