wget currently uses bzr. I've uploaded a -bzr pkgbuild that works (for me). the -svn PKGBUILD should be deleted.
You might want to give a courtesy notification to the maintainer of wget-svn to see if he/she wants to maintain the superseding package.

then again, wget-svn was last updated in 2007 so hopefully he wont notice :)
