I think ideally we should just add you as a contact maintainer. I actually planned on getting to this this week since I recently saw the out of date flag. Typically you don't really touch git packages unless the install needs changed. The package manager software like pacaur will always install/update a git package by nature of how the PKGBUILD is. I remember having this argument with another maintainer before I realized th -git packages I had were always updated when I ran pacaur. On Tue, Oct 30, 2018, 08:48 Frederik “Freso” S. WhatTheBuck [1] filed a orphan request for lutris-git [2]:
Maintainer is MIA and package is missing deps.
Maintainer used to be active on IRC, but I haven't seen them in a while. I used to be the maintainer of lutris-git[1] before it got deleted on request of the upstream developer[2]. I wouldn't mind picking up maintenance again if it gets disowned.

Did you look inside the PKGBUILD? Seems like there's an e-mail listed on the first line: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=lutris-git (In fact, that e-mail has also gotten CC'd on this request.)
