There is a Linux-native clone which is provides the same baseline features and is continually being developed and improved:

And of course there are several high quality alternatives for Linux now, both for casual video editing (Shotcut, Openshot, Pitivi, Handbrake) as well as professional workflows (KDEnlive, Flowblade).
