My excuse for the commotion, seems I checked up with flac 1.1.3 instead
of 1.1.4 (we had a bump from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 AFAIK). Both 1.1.4 and 1.2.0
have the same soname which we link to (only libFLAC.so.8 is interesting,
libFLAC.so.8.896986 isn't), so this time there's no need for rebuilds if
the flac people did their versioning right.
