to be more consistent, i would say:
GPL1 -> GPL1
GPL2 -> GPL2
GPL3 -> GPL3
GPL -> all GPLs valid (synonyme for 'GPL1' 'GPL2' 'GPL3')
at least i am tagging my pkgs like this
