Yeah Roman explained it well enough. RequiredBy issues will just go
away when pacman3.1 is released.

Judging from here: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8109
There's not a huge amount of work left, and a lot of those are already
done.  Still, Dan would be better at predicting a release date...
