What about installing namcap in the chroot after building the package,
and removing it again after that?

Anyways, running pacman -U on the resulting packages and installing
dependencies should fix the namcap run on the host system also. It's
good to test what you actually package, you're not the first one who
introduces a syntax error in the .install scriptlet :P
