I have now tried 3 mails with a list of rsync mirror URLs, seems all
were filtered by spam filters on the way.... ;-)

Here is the list.
I worked with an fresh downloaded mirrorlist from
http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/i686/all/ to see if they have rsyncd
running and if i could access the archlinux module.

To some admins we should sent a mail to repair or create a archlinux
module (Marked them with "Mail?")
