I went over the list. I adopted 2 of these (I removed them from the
list) and added several comments.
Important points:
- Some of these are makedepends from other packages. You should keep
an eye on that if you're not already doing it.
- Some of them are depends/makedepends for community packages so they
should be moved to community. I noticed a couple of these but there
could be more.

The i18n stuff should stay in extra. A user is working on updating
some of them: http://archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-general/2009-January/003197.html
