sounds interesting.
i'm always going to fosdem so normally i'll go also this year (and i
hope to see more arch guys there this time!)

i think the topics could be 2 categories:

1) topics representing certain values for distro's.  i don't see much
point in for example $distro explaining why they think their package
manager is the best, or arch guys saying why simplicity is so important.
different people, different values.

2) cross-distro concerns: translations, collaboration with upstream,
etc.
stuff like that could be very interesting, because it's useful to
everyone.
