For a new user, I use the "Create a New User" page, which I had Dusty
slap together back when pulled the TUs into archweb - using the manual
Django admin would have taken a LOT longer to mass add 10-20 people.

But he was already in there as a TU, so I just edited the existing entry

Well that's much better. If the groups matter, maybe using THAT for
sorting the developers page would be a decent idea, instead of text
matching the "Role"
