[arch-dev-public] iodbc Vs unixodbc, are they compatible?

these files are in both:
/usr/include/odbcinst.h
/usr/include/sql.h
/usr/include/sqltypes.h
/usr/include/sqlucode.h
/usr/lib/libodbc.so

I saw the apr-util-iodbc in AUR, but it doesn't fully work as
explained in this[1] bug report. So seems they are not API compatible.
