[arch-dev-public] Heads up: Changes in the next mono release

Long time no new information about this topic, but finally the mono 4.0
release is nearly out and the release is in the next few days. At the
moment I'm away until Thursday next week. I will prepare the new release
after my holiday.

I will try to make it as smooth as possible. Let's hope the best. ;-)
