I think core and extra should be split up. There is also some work being done to
help the communication between the testers, currently discussed at
#archlinux-testing. I propose another component could be `testing` that
encompasses bugs found from testing, community-testing and multilib-testing.

It would make be a lot simpler for testers and others using the testing repos to
find bugs and issues holding back package releases.
