[arch-dev-public] Request to orphan Snowman's packages

[Balló György]

Eric Bélanger (Snowman) was inactive as package maintainer in the past
two years. [1][2] Is it possible to disown his packages on archweb? I
think it would better to make it visible that his packages are actually
orphan.
