Hey guys,

I did the upgrade to 0.13 including state changes.

Associated code changes are here:

Please upgrade to terraform 0.13 BEFORE interacting with our state the
next time. Since all necessary changes are already done, what you should
do is:

1. Upgrade terraform using pacman
2. Go to tf-stage{1,2} and delete .terraform
3. Run terraform init command from README
4. Now terraform plan etc should work normally
