[arch-events] DevRoom slots @ FroSCon on Saturday

Hi list,

Due to some last-minute cancellations, a few slots opened up at this years DevRoom planned for Saturday afternoon at
FrOSCon. You'll find the full schedule here: https://programm.froscon.de/2019/schedule/1.html (we have the room C117).
No need to send in a proposal, just show up and be prepared to speak (slides or no slides :-).
