[arch-general] texlive-bin depends on xorg-server, why?

I don't know about the other packages, but a package like texlive-bin
shouldn't depend on xorg-server since LaTeX has never had an
interface. I always found the fact that LaTeX can be run in a very
minimal environment one of its strengths.
