[arch-general] Question on traceroute/mtr

Hi all,

When I mtr to an IP I'm seeing the last three hops as having the 
identical IP address, and packet loss of 25%, 40% and 100% 
respectively.  I'm not sure if I'm interpreting this correctly - does 
that mean the last hop is basically looping on itself three times?
