It means "nvidia-utils-beta" conflicts and should replace
"nvidia-utils". If the beta package was in a repo , pacman would have
prompted you to replace the package.

This smooth replacement procedure is not supported with "pacman -U". So
as a workaround , You uninstall the conflicting package without
dependency checking and then "pacman -U" the new package .
