[arch-general] PostgreSQL 8.4.4-4 in [testing]

I put a new version (8.4.4-4) of Postgres in [testing] tonight that
fixes quite a few issues and wanted to just give it a few days to bake
before pushing it to extra. Let me know if you see any issues with the
new package.

* FS#20556 - [postgresql] should be compiled with more options and
libs, for a features reach package
* FS#16507 - [postgresql] $PG_ROOT created with incorrect permissions
* FS#19687 - [postgresql] no logrotate config
* FS#18756 - [postgresql] package doesn't have contribs except adminpack

P.S. If you tried 8.4.4-3, ignore the fact that it ever existed...yes
there were conflicting files in the two packages.
