I haven't been following qt development so I'm not sure what is involved in
updating to the new system, but I presume this should be reported as a bug
to upstream devs for packages that it applies to?

Also I built qt-assistant-compat since I needed to use qtiplot today. It
builds pretty fast and didn't seem to cause any problems with the old
version of qtiplot (didn't bother rebuilding qtiplot for the new dependency)
