For people who are really curious enough to deal with selinux, here you

I guess no need to add it to (base) particularly every software which
shall run with SELinux needs to be compiled with SELinux support. So
probably more unnecessary dependencies for most of the users who don't
want SELinux, etc.

People who need SELinux can easily install those packages from AUR. I
had no concerns about including SELinux packages into [community]. Or
there could be made a new [selinux] repository. But SELinux definitely
doesn't belong into [core] and still less into (base).
