Also, 2 notes:

(1) after the install, run ldconfig  (not sure it this is necessary, but it
can't hurt)

(2) I have updated the trinity-kdebase PKGBUILD to include kdmrc, Xsession and a
trinity.desktop in /etc/X11/sessions. Therefore, if you want to use the Trinity
kdm greeter, just update inittab with :

x:5:respawn:/opt/trinity/bin/kdm -nodaemon

link any other '.desktop' files for other desktops you want available in the
chooser to /etc/X11/sessions/
