[arch-general] X cursor problem on new install

FYI, and just to close this thread, I have given up trying to get X to work
with arch on this machine; I have no idea why it wouldn't work properly
(Windows, which was previously installed on it, worked fine).

I have installed arch + X on a different machine, where it seems to work OK.
