[arch-general] dolphin services unused doesn't show up

i have dolphin installed and using it in awesome WM, it doesn't see 
services that are not turned on.
I tried to do both full/minimal kde install, accessing dolphin settings 
from kde, still the same
it looks like this

if i try to download new services, nothing happens to after install.


Anyone knows what could be wrong?
