[arch-general] Should ctrl_interface in /etc/wpa_supplicant be changed?

Actually, it was changed for net-auto-wireless in the new netcfg, which
was very annoying. I now need to launch wpa_gui and wpa_cli with a -p
option to make them work, and wpa_gui does not remember this.
