 Sorry if I'm wrong-top-posting or whatever, I'm using Roundcube.

 I've had an account on bugs.archlinux.org for a while, I still can't 
 even see the "new bug" button, it doesn't exist as far as I can see.

 I don't see why being able to say "this bug is in package X" is such a 
 problem, given that only the chosen people are able to create bugs in 
 the first place.

 You always say you want people to help, but it seems so hard to do so, 
 even when the information you have is easy to convey.
