I use xcfa for audio files (it's in AUR). The only trouble I have with
this program is that I can't remember the name.
There are a couple of programs in the repos as well, but those have DE
dependencies, soundconverter for gnome and soundkonverter for kde. Back
when I used those I preferred soundkonverter.
