We are moving to systemd, arguing against it is by now just a waste of
perfectly good electrons.

If you want to help making the transition smooth, please file any bugs
or request any missing features to be added.

We have not treated systemd any differently from other software when
it comes to evaluating its quality, and you are free to do the same:
read the code, follow the commits, read the systemd mailinglist (this
should tell you what kind of problems are found/fixed). Also, the
userbase is taken into account. systemd is used in many distros
(several by default) and a sizeable chunk of Arch users are using it.
Despite that, no serious (IMHO) bugs or architectural issues have been
found (there has of course been plenty of irrelevant complaints, but
those I ignore). Finally, the size and health of the systemd ecosystem
(number and diversity of active devs, etc.) appears to be very good.
