[arch-general] Do packages built on libusb need rebuilding on libusbx? upsd won't stay connected over usb.

  I will see if I can dig further in the next day or so. Every time I think I
have time to dig into it, another bomb goes off somewhere else :) We will get to
the bottom of it sooner or later.
