The maintainer is Sébastien Luttringer, as is shown by pacman -Si.

    $ pacman -Si opensmtpd | grep Packager
    Packager       : Sébastien Luttringer <seblu at seblu.net>

I have CC'd him. I don't know how you found it difficult to find his e-mail.
