[arch-general] Setup of HiDPI with awesome wm

Thank you very much for your feeback, I've just made a quick check on my VGA
screen and it works! I have just a small issue with the font beeing blurry

Udev was basically to catch when a monitor is connected  so as to trigger a
script with an xrandr command to setup the screen connection and resolution.
