[arch-general] suggestions on adding documentation for community package 'cloud-init'

Hi,
I have been an arch linux user for some time and I specialize in
openstack/networking areas. I have successfully built an openstack image
for Arch linux using cloud-init and  would like to contribute a wiki pages
for

1. cloud-init package.
2. Building an Arch linux cloud image

I want to know if this would be welcome as the package under question is
from community repo.
