[arch-general] Since last systemd update dhcpcd no longer updates resolv.conf

Hello,

since the last systemd update I have to "systemctl restart dhcpcd at ..." 
every time I boot my system.

What do I have to do to get sure that dhcpcd updates /etc/resolv.conf on 
the first time?
