[arch-general] Cinnamon main menu bug?

FWIW, I've had the same experience in the last two kernels.  I'm simply exiting/restarting X as a work-around.

There is a Panel Applet, I think, that will restart Cinnamon.     Or
maybe it's and extension.
Also, maybe
