I've got Firefiox installed and it runs, but libstdc++[...] and
lib32-libstdc++[...] aren't installed.

[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ pacman -Q libstdc++5 lib32-libstdc++5 firefox
error: package 'libstdc++5' was not found
error: package 'lib32-libstdc++5' was not found
firefox 35.0-1

"Package Contents

    usr/
    usr/lib/
    usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5
    usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0.7" -

libstdc++.so.6?

What repositories are enabled by your /etc/pacman.conf ?

cat /etc/pacman.conf
