The shadow.service comes from the `shadow` package, and it’s
responsible for checking and testing your /etc/passwd, /etc/group,
/etc/shadow and /etc/gshadow files (which is what the name already
tells you). The output you pasted means your files are correct and
there is nothing to worry about. If they weren’t, you would get
different output (and should run the ExecStart command manually
without `-r` to resolve the issues):
