[arch-general] Removal of the Dasher package

Hmm... thanks for the clarification.

It's really wierd that isn't in AUR, at least. Dasher seems like a good
assistive technology, and I wanted to try out.

Since Dasher is part of the Gnome Project, it couldn't be in gnome-extra
group?
