[arch-general] Patch for ZeroTier One 1.2.6 to fix compilation with PIE

Hi both!

After doing some digging around the PIE-related build failures of
ZeroTier One [1] 1.2.6 I've developed a fix and opened a PR to the
upstream project [2]. The raw patch file is also available [3].

It will apply cleanly against the 1.2.6 release (archive/tag) and, in
the testing I've done so far, works without issue.
