All the official kernels will have pkgbase on them. So, trigger on vmlinuz, which is
the actual kernel, but use pkgbase to know which one you're dealing with.

The mkinitcpio hook, as it is now, won't touch a kernel that has no pkgbase, but in
some circumstances, if the kernel is a non official one, that has no pkgbase yet, the
hook might end up causing the initramfs to be built twice. Other than that, there
shouldn't be any issues.
