[arch-general] USB not assining port number

Morning all .

Having a problem with a usb device it is an Adafruit Trinket  on plugging the
device in i get

 but no USB port given 

lsusb gives 
Bus 002 Device 011: ID 1781:0c9f Multiple Vendors USBtiny

Is there usb support for this device  

as i need to get this working  as an update to an Antenna rotator that has a
defunct  no longer available display for direction
